Foster Care Training

Teens and young adults who are or have been living in foster care experience typical developmental challenges of exploring identity, expanding social relationships, exploring limits, and transitioning from childhood to adulthood. These changes are often compounded by experiences of trauma, instability of home placement, and family dynamics. Spend a day learning how to help teens develop a positive sense of self, gain confidence to take action to realize goals, and make healthier, safer choices.
