This training provides information about how to create, implement and maintain a system of structure and expectations in the home. We will cover why and how maximizing structure in the creates a feeling of safety and trust, with an emphasis on youth in out-of-home care and youth who have experienced trauma and loss. The training will also review strategies to implement routine, expectations, rules, responsibilities, and consequences in an attachment-based and trauma-informed way.
