Foster Care Training

Interactive exercises and art activities to learn and practice skills related to reflective listening and non-violent communication. We will review current research about talking and listening, and experience how mindful awareness can increase our capacity to communicate clearly. Effective communication is essential to positive relationships in any setting; we’ll consider ways to apply these strategies in individual, family, group and community work.
