Participants will describe the Board of Behavioral Sciences supervision requirements, recent changes and necessary documentation. Participants will discuss assessment of supervisees skill level, learning style, and possible challenges to supervision. Through didactic lecture, case examples, large and small group discussion, participants will examine their own strengths and needs as supervisors, enabling them to develop best practices for supervision goals.
