This training provides information for foster parents and service providers about the importance and challenges of building positive relationships with the parents and families of foster youth. In addition, strategies will be provided regarding the essential elements that promote the building of positive relationships and partnerships between foster parents, service providers and the birth parents and families or foster youth.
