This training is designed to inform trainees about the neuroscience behind adolescent development and how this links to your nervous system. Trainees will discuss how the para-sympathetic and sympathetic nervous system development impacts attachment styles. Trainees will look at each of the four attachment styles and will discuss how these ideas can be used to support youth in care.
