This training is designed for adult practitioners to understand and work through bias when addressing youths toward their music. Within this training participants will be able to discuss their own bias toward topics within youths music. Trainees will discuss how to find common ground and to gain empathy within youths music in order to increase connection and provide responsive support. Trainees will be given examples and time within training to practice skills discussed.
