Foster Care Training

In this training, a deeper exploration of somatic, emotional, relational and nature awareness is presented. This highly experiential training introduces the concept of grounding and settling practices and how they can be useful with youth. A framework for understanding mindfulness practices based on the physiology of the stress response and the relaxation response is explored.
