Foster Care Training

White youth work staff aiming to serve as allies to youth, families, co-workers and communities of color require a high level of awareness to act with cultural responsiveness and humility.  Integrating cultural knowledge and activities into one’s practice and agency programming, without it being insensitive or an appropriation, is an ability that needs on-going attention.
