The workplace of tomorrow is an uncertain place. We live in a rapidly changing world, and innovations such as artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, and big data are rapidly changing the fundamental nature of how we live and work. As these technologies continue to evolve at an exponential rate – it is becoming critical to understand their impact on under-served communities such as, youth in the juvenile justice system and foster care system, women, and people of color.

How will jobs change? What challenges will employers and employees face? How can we prepare the current workforce for the changes ahead?

Through an examination of current trends in the field, best practices in 21st century learning and cutting edge youth development strategies participants will learn tangible tools that social workers, CBO’s and government institutions can employ to ensure that underserved communities of color, reentry, and foster care populations find new opportunity in the rapidly changing professional landscape.
