This workshop will take us on a journey to care for ourselves and others as we explore our experience with grief and loss related to transitions and loss. We will explore our understanding of grief and loss; investigate experiences and messages that have shaped that understanding; and learn strategies not only for helping others cope with grief and loss, but supporting ourselves as we assist others.
