Foster Care Training

Foster Youth are involved in multiple systems and may often struggle with severe trauma histories that can exacerbate the intensity of their transitions. The providers and caregivers who support these youth may at times find that they feel pushes and pulls when responding to youth needs, bids for attention, or behaviors. This training will provide some context for these dynamics in relationships with foster youth, and understanding around strategies to be most supportive to foster youth and their families.
