Wraparound is an intensive, home-based service model that seeks to stabilize and sustain youth and their families in their communities. This comprehensive training seeks to establish the framework of this uniquely flexible model. Participants can expect to learn in-depth theory as well as have ample opportunity for practice by utilizing real case examples.

This training will provide attendees with:
  • A history and philosophy of Wraparound, including its utilization of flexible funding and the principles that drive service.
  • In-depth practice in communication, collaboration and consensus building as part of a community team.
  • Comprehensive training and practice in the Seneca model which blends Relational, Behavioral and Ecological interventions.
  • An understanding of how the Wraparound process blends facilitation, case management and therapeutic intervention to effectively meet the intensive mental health needs of our youth and families.
