Foster Care Training

This training is for providers who work with system impacted youth. Eligible participants are service providers working with system impacted youth and families. In this training, the facilitator will provide information to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to gather critical information about system-impacted youth and families in a way that is trauma-informed, intentional, and supportive. Trainer will facilitate interactive group discussions and provide case examples to allow participants to learn approaches to information gathering that prioritizes safety, trust, and cultural humility. Participants will be better equipped to engage in productive, empathetic conversations that lead to more effective support and interventions.
