urvivors of commercial sexual exploitation play a key role in the providing services to foster youth involved in the commercial sex industry. Despite the importance of their role, many agencies have struggled to effectively work with survivors. “Working with Trauma Survivors in Professional Settings” will help agency leaders learn how to more effectively work with survivors to enhance their professional development, improve team cohesion, and increase the quality of service delivery, so they can provide higher quality services to foster youth.
