This training will address youth on youth violence, its myriad causes, and impacts on the community. The participants will explore their experiences with community violence, the antecedents, effect, and lessons learned. The training will discuss how to use these ideas to help youth deal with community loss and to navigate it through a positive manner. Trainees will also learn techniques to facilitate this discussion with youth.
