Foster Care Training

This training will support participants to build their emotional literacy by identifying common emotional states they experience. Through hip hop-based exercises, participants will explore techniques for validating their thoughts and feelings using their own authentic voice, while drawing on healthy relational values to consider and affirm other participants’ experiences, even when they differ from their own.
