Online Training

This training provides an introduction to incorporating video games into existing telehealth interventions that providers already utilize. In the spirit of “meeting clients where they’re at”, this training will attempt to provide a basic understanding of psychoeducation in the video game field, and how we can work to incorporate this type of play into our existing work with foster youth. By the end of this training participants will have tools to build rapport with clients who do play video games, create a greater understanding of the youth we serve, and apply tailored strategies to engage and work with youth both in telehealth modalities and in-person.
