Trauma and Resilience: Strategies for Social Hygiene during COVID19 is 1.5 – hour workshop designed for staff and providers that work with families in our communities. Knowing how to identify what’s happening for ourselves in our bodies and emotions informs how we take care of ourselves- which is the first step of caring for others. This workshop includes strategies for maintaining physical, emotional and psychological health at home. In the workshop there will be clear definable actions that people can take to tend to their psycho-social emotional wellbeing throughout the coming weeks and beyond. Participants will learn how to engage clients in a health-minded parallel process using these strategies. By keeping everyone’s health at the forefront of services, you will support your clients in retaining skills they’ve gained from you during services.
