The needs of male-identified TAY are great, and barriers to their success many. Numerous strategies exist, however, to help young men achieve their goals in spite of these challenges. Come learn methods to engage and retain TAY while meeting targeted outcomes around education, employment, finance and housing. We will also preview a curriculum outlining individual and group oriented strategies, which is being authored not only by workshop facilitators, but also leading experts from La Clinica de la Raza, The Unity Council, Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services and Youth Employment Partnership.
