Online Class

This full-day course builds upon Train the Trainer: Part 1 in supporting professionals in offering trainings to providers and parents involved with youth in care. Participants will review the outline they previously created of their desired training, practicing facilitation skills and leading activities to support their training content. Participants will consider the needs of the audiences they will be presenting to, rehearse dealing with microaggressions, storytelling, and facilitating difficult conversations. Participants will leave with a greater sense of comfort in facilitating, a toolbox of possible activities to use, and identify ways to reinforce their learning objectives even when unexpected distractions occur.
