This workshop is for all service providers working with children and families. This training will provide definition and reflection on transference, countertransference and parallel process. Participants will learn tips and tools through larger group discussion and small group work. Helping participants effectively engage in difficult conversations with clients and families with understanding of their own impact on youth and families.
