How we and our supervisees manage our own stress and trauma impacts how we provide supervision and how our supervisees provided services to system involved youth. Learn how to identify and address stress and vicarious traumatization in yourself and your staff, support staff in time management strategies, support the changing landscape of work (home, office, hybrid), support healthy boundaries in work with system involved youth, identify and intervene in challenging supervisee behaviors.
