This training is designed to provide an introduction to Narrative Practices for clinical staff, counseling staff, and non-professionals who work with foster youth. More specifically, it speaks to the identification and utilization of “Intentional Strengths” as a foundational piece of the engagement and relationship building process. This training invokes effective narrative practices to improve and deepen engagement.
