Pre-Service Training to become a Resource Family/Foster Family: You will be able to describe the connection between family relationships and children’s self-esteem, personal identity, cultural identity and sexual orientation and gender identity. You will also be able to identify age appropriate strategies to promote positive sexual orientation and gender identity.
