Two-day introductory Restorative Justice (RJ) and Peacemaking Circle process training. Through experiential and interactive approaches balanced with cognitive learning modalities, participants will be introduced to: (1) RJ origins, principles and practices, (2) The value of the RJ Circle process (training will be offered in Circle), (3), Hands-on role plays for practice in facilitating restorative conversations and RJ community and relationship-building Circles .
