The Reflective Facilitators-in-Training (RFIT) program is a component of the Harris Early Childhood Mental Health Training Program (ECMHTP). The cohort runs for two years and is an opportunity for Harris ECMHTP graduates and others with equivalent training in infant and early childhood mental health to build skills in reflective facilitation, reflective supervision and leadership. The program emphasizes supervision and facilitation skills and approaches useful in working with diverse populations. A priority of the RFIT program is to promote opportunities for professional development in supervision and leadership for people of color and others whose lives have been impacted by disparities or discrimination.
