Foster Care Training

This interactive workshop will focus on developing a clear understanding of how visitation (family time) is one of the most, if not the most important parts of a family reunification case plan. The legal requirement of reasonable efforts will be discussed as well as its applicability to adequate and purposeful family time. Strategies will be identified, and participants will be provided the opportunity to develop strengths-based, family centered and child/youth focused family time that allows parent(s) to highlight behavioral and/or parental capacity changes in their reunification efforts.
