Participants will have an opportunity to develop greater clarity and sensitivity to the ethical responsibilities and legal obligations outlined by California Board of Behavioral Sciences Law and Ethics Continuing Education Requirements.

Participants will apply this information to a variety of situations commonly encountered in clinical practice in order to reduce risk of malpractice liabilities and enhance the quality of clinical work. Material will be reviewed through a variety of exercises and discussion.
