This training will focus on allowing participants to assess their views on the importance of cultural humility as a concept in work with foster youth and families. The training will provide a space for participants to discuss cultural practices, how to remain humble in the face of difficult work, and how to be aware of our own personal biases that may get in the way of exceptional care for youth.
