Training will outline and demonstrate conflict mediation strategies including discussions and activities aimed at identifying and acknowledge conflict. Training will focus on how to help facilitate successful conflict mediation, and how to follow-up on conflict mediation in order to further problem-solve or maintain agreements established during the mediation. These skills are essential to helping youth control behavior and maintain emotional well being.
