Working closely with the school is key to getting the best help for kids with learning and thinking differences. But if you’re a foster parent, that can be difficult with limited educational rights. This training will review how learning disabilities may impact the youth in their foster home including behaviors, learning challenges and relationships. This training will also review best ways to advocate for foster youth’s educational needs.
