Sustaining Resilience is a collaboration between service providers to understand the impact of stress and secondary trauma and to foster transformational change for the families and youth. This training is grounded in a racial and social justice. It will focus on the implications that key literature around vicarious traumatization, stress, and wellbeing have on work with families. There will be discussion of foundational concepts that are crucial to include in our trauma-informed systems and healing work.
