Training Summary: This course is designed to provide staff behavior management strategies for working with traumatized youth and families. The aim of the course is to assist adults with an understanding of who the youth are, where they come from and why they do what they do from an attachment perspective in order to come up with effective tools and techniques when participating in trauma-informed work.   Participants will be able to: -Define healthy and pathologic separation and attachment milestones -Identify childhood trauma triggers   -Explain how separation and attachment knowledge can lead to effective coping strategies
