A person’s mindset can be regarded as their beliefs about themselves and the way things are in the world. Research shows that the connection between a person’s beliefs and their physiology is present and malleable. Consequently, a person with a growth mindset has a much greater likelihood of adapting to life’s challenges and achieving success in their endeavors. Mindset intervention tools can be learned and utilized with participants in action areas such as health, education, and economic mobility. The content delivery will be part lecture and experiential.
