This presentation will help participants understand the benefits of enhancing skills and resources for those that work with foster youth. Participants will learn strategies for navigating complex feelings often associated with Human Services professions: isolation, lack of support, lack of efficacy, time and work-life balance. They will have tools for increasing professional impact, prioritizing never-ending workloads, and making progress on goals that sometimes feel unattainable.
