This training will be facilitated in Spanish and will focus on a brief overview of the LatinX community, including general challenges that the LatinX community experiences. Typical challenges experienced by this community include issues related to intergenerational and historical trauma, immigration, language barriers, and impact of acculturation on families through generations. The training will focus on supporting providers in gaining some knowledge and skills in being able to provide culturally responsive services to LatinX children, youth, and families as they navigate the typical challenges faced by this community.
