Foster Care Training

Participants will discuss and develop strategies to ensure effective service delivery to families in the CWS. Participants will learn about parallel processes between service context and management context. Participants will also understand how to better demonstrate organizational commitment to cultural humility, professionalism and results-oriented services.

Participants will utilize knowledge of new peer counseling program and strategies for effective implementation and how to navigate obstacles and road blocks.
