Training will explore long-standing patterns of dysfunction and misattunement within family systems and caretaker structures. Through awareness of self and others, participants will identify and examine unhealthy attachment and relational styles shaped from birth until their young adult years; therefore, such exploration will generate a more in depth understanding of their own roles within family structures.
