Through the use of PowerPoint presentation, interactive exercises, video clips, and vignettes, this seminar will focus on learning to manage ethical and legal challenges. This seminar will focus on the knowledge and understanding of how ethics and boundaries impact families and how providers serving young children families can navigate these challenges particularly the gray areas. Participants will learn how to use a specific framework to help them identify and consider the ethical and legal dilemmas and potential conflicts of interest. This session can be used towards licensing requirements for LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
