Trainer Bio: Alicia Montgomery, LCSW
Alicia Montgomery LCSW has been a licensed Social Worker for 30 years, a Masters level Social Worker for 20 years and an LCSW for 10+ years in California. Originally, from Texas, she has lived in five states and a few countries, which allows for her breadth of work as a Social Worker and has trained on many topics for more than 20 years. During this time, she has started and managed multiple programs in several states and has held employment in areas addressing runaway youth, homelessness, fostercare, ER, pediatric HIV+, home health, wraparound, CPS and individual therapy. Her passion has been working with children and families but currently her joy is in training and education based in social justice, cultural humility, self-care, addressing issues of self-accountability, and awareness.
