During this training, participants will evaluate tools and discuss skills for helping youth express their experiences. Participants will review how to better collaborate with the staff and youth at the agency being served. The training will examine success and difficulties in creating a safe space for youth to discuss their experiences in environments that were frequently interrupted. The workshop will also practice techniques that were effective in navigating challenging relationships and boundaries between youth in the program and alumni of the program.
