In working with diverse populations, it is important for providers to explore understanding of culture and community. Participants will be introduced to this training series to help understand the dynamics from an experiential place. Participants will explore the ethnic diversity and cultural discrepancies in placements to learn strategies to support caregivers in cross cultural placements.
