Training Summary: This course is designed to provide staff with behavior management strategies for working with traumatized youth and families. The aim of the course is to assist adults working with severely emotionally disturbed youth and families to create a safe environment for personal and group differences including but not limited to race, religion, sexual and gender identity. Participants will discuss effective tools and techniques for treatment.
