This training is offered monthly and offers continued support to supervisors in processing white identity development and understanding an unlearning around racism and white supremacy. Discussion around the intersectionality of position in leadership with whiteness is often focused on, as well as how to better navigate dynamics in supervision and other staff around discussing race.
