Foster Care Training

This training will introduce providers working with system-involved youth on how to incorporate a Seeding Collage into their work. The participants will learn the benefits of processing what the youth would like to “Seed” in the sessions i.e. what they would like to see change, what the focus of the work can be, how they would like to feel etc. This will encourage youth to take ownership of what they can control and empower youth to create the future they want for themselves. This session is designed to be used at the start of client relationships but can be incorporated into any “new” start like the new year. This is a very interactive training where participants will build a collage in order to practice the skillsets so come prepared and bring your creativity!
