Foster Care Training

This two-hour course is designed to support STRTP, Group Home administrators and staff of both programs in developing a foundation of focused counseling strategies, techniques and principles to build strong, helpful, and mutually respectful connections. The techniques and principals, termed C.O.R.E. Counseling (Connection, Oriented, Relationship, Establishing) will be consistent with Trauma Informed Practices and will support staff in building healthy, beneficial, supportive relationships.
