The training workshop will take a trauma-informed care lens when describing Compassion Fatigue and Vicarious Trauma. This training will also utilize case vignettes and small group sharing to dig deep into the various vicarious trauma experiences we may face when working with youth in foster care – and how compassion fatigue and burnout may impact us in our work. Self care practices will also be discussed.
