This 2-day training will provide engagement skills for working with Commercially Sexually Exploited Children (CSEC) and transition-age youth. The training is intended for County Social Workers and Probation Officers throughout California, specifically Alameda County, as well as governmental and community-based organizations that provide services for youth identified as CSEC. The training builds off the knowledge learned in CSEC 101 and covers cover the following:
- Engagement skills
- An overview of trauma
- An overview of the Stages of Change model
- AWOLing and peer recruitment
