Foster Care Training

The demands of work with system involved youth are huge. Besides providing direct services, providers must manage productivity and paperwork deadlines. When these become overwhelming and providers struggle to keep up, their ability to provide excellent services to their clients in potentially compromised. In this course participants will identify the challenges to managing paperwork and productivity expectations including technical errors, the pressure of external reality and psychological obstacles. They will spend timing exploring their blocks and addressing them. They will also develop a plan to stay on top of paperwork and productivity in order to provide excellent care to the youth and families they serve.
